We understand that life happens and is out of our control sometimes. We ask that if you know in advance that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you try to provide us with 24 to 48 hours’ notice so we may offer it to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book another appointment. All NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of service fee. To avoid this happening, please be courteous and give proper notice for any appointment changes and/or cancellations.

Is a blow dry included in my color service?
A Blow Dry is not automatically included with color services and must be requested at time of booking. Please keep this in mind when using our Online Booking services. We always recommend including a blow dry service with any color service so your stylist can evaluate the result and make any adjustments if necessary. We STRONGLY recommend our new clients to book a blow dry with their color service. Be advised that we cannot allow our clients to blow dry their own hair.

For your convenience, our stylists use Venmo for gratuities or accept cash. We cannot process gratuities on credit cards at this time, unfortunately.

We do not offer refunds on services however, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, please do not hesitate to express your concerns to us and we will do whatever it takes to correct the situation. Please call within one week of your service so that we may best take care of you.
